As a Web Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing our website and digital platforms. You will ensure the website's optimal functionality, security, and performance to deliver a seamless user experience.
The role supports our strategic objectives by maintaining a strong digital presence, fostering stakeholder engagement, and collaborating with IT, Marketing, and content teams to drive digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* We develop and maintain website content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and a user-friendly experience, collaborating with content creators and stakeholders as needed.
* We manage daily operations of content and event management systems, including uploading content, quality assurance, and providing technical support to internal and external users.
* We conduct content testing and quality assurance, reporting and escalating performance or usability issues, and supporting the approval process for new content.
* We collaborate with web developers and cross-functional teams to implement website improvements, updates, and new features, and provide suggestions for enhanced efficiency.
* We monitor website performance using analytical tools, identify areas for improvement, and assist in implementing strategies to boost user engagement and site effectiveness.
* We ensure compliance with industry standards, accessibility, privacy, and data protection regulations, and provide guidance and training to staff on website best practices.
Relevant tertiary qualification or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience in web administration or digital content management is required. Proven experience with content management systems, user research, and usability testing, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, are also essential.
