Make an impact, delight guests, and elevate your culinary career in this unique setting. The Position: Assist the Executive Chef in managing daily kitchen operations across multiple outlets. Supervise and support kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety. Contribute to menu planning and execution, including catering and café offerings. Oversee stock levels, inventory control, and ensure consistent presentation and portioning. Train staff, enforce safety protocols, and step in for the Executive Chef when needed. The Person : Previous experience as a Sous Chef or senior role in a high-volume kitchen, with Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent. Strong knowledge of food safety, HACCP procedures, and a passion for sustainability and local produce. Excellent leadership, team building, communication skills, and ability to work under pressure. Acts with integrity, honesty, and fairness towards colleagues, suppliers, and customers. Adaptable, willing to learn and grow, and able to remain calm in high-pressure situations.
