We are seeking a Marketing Communications Manager to lead the planning, development and execution of brand and marketing communications activities across our national Infrastructure Products portfolio.

Role Purpose
Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Marketing Communications Manager is accountable for the effective deployment of marketing communications and digital strategy to support customer engagement, product adoption and commercial performance.
The role acts as custodian of the CRH Infrastructure Products Australia brands - including Civilmart, Cubis Systems, Civilmart Poles and Transfab - ensuring consistent application of brand standards, messaging and governance across all channels and touchpoints.
Key Accountabilities
* Develop and manage the annual marketing communications plan aligned to business, segment and product priorities.
* Define, maintain and govern brand guidelines, visual identity and tone of voice.
* Lead integrated marketing campaigns supporting product launches and segment strategies.
* Deliver digital marketing activities across web, search, social, content and marketing automation platforms.
Apply customer research, analytics and insights to inform communications strategy and optimisation.
* Oversee participation in industry events, trade shows, sponsorships and lead capture initiatives.
* Produce high-quality sales enablement materials, including catalogues, brochures, technical bulletins and presentations.
* Collaborate with Product, Sales, Operations and Engineering teams to ensure technical accuracy and customer relevance.
* Manage creative agencies, digital vendors and marketing partners.
* Monitor performance metrics, report outcomes, and manage marketing investment responsibly.
Provide leadership, direction and development for direct reports.
Skills and Experience
* Minimum 5 years' experience in B2B marketing communications or digital marketing roles.
* Experience within manufacturing, infrastructure, utilities or industrial sectors is highly desirable.
* Demonstrated capability in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, platforms and analytics.
* Ability to translate technical product and engineering information into clear, customer-focused communications.
* Experience supporting product launches and sales enablement activities.
* Proven stakeholder engagement skills across cross-functional teams.
* Strong planning, governance and project management capability.
Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Engineering or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
