Grounds and Maintenance Attendant Position
We are seeking a highly skilled Grounds and Maintenance Attendant to fill this role. The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management skills, flexibility to work over a 7-day roster, and be trade-qualified or have relevant experience.
* The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring the grounds remain clean, tidy, and well-maintained, including performing daily tasks, maintaining facilities, and carrying out repairs and routine maintenance tasks.
* This position requires previous experience in grounds keeping and building and grounds maintenance tasks. The ability to safely operate groundskeeping equipment and power tools is also essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Daily cleaning and maintenance of park facilities, including amenities, camp kitchen, and play areas.
* Maintenance of park equipment and tools, adhering to safety guidelines and protocols.
* Responding promptly and professionally to guest requests.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in grounds keeping and building maintenance.
* Trade qualification or relevant experience.
* Excellent time management skills and flexibility to work over a 7-day roster.
* Ability to safely operate groundskeeping equipment and power tools.
