Your new role
Whether you are an experienced Early Childhood Educator seeking flexibility with your hours or just getting started – we can support you and provide on‐the‐job training from our nominated supervisor and the team.
As an Educator at our Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) program, you will be part of a growing team of educators who deliver before‐and‐after school programmes that provide high‐quality education and care to school‐aged children and support the wider community.
You will provide nurturing care, ensure a safe and welcoming environment and create recreational and education experiences that are inclusive for all to enjoy.
You will build positive relationships with your team and work collaboratively to ensure the best outcomes for our children and families. Our educators feel excited to come to work, knowing the difference they make to a child's development.

About You
* Enthusiastic, engaging approach to childcare, with the ability to form positive relationships with children and team members.
* Ideally, experience in Early Childhood or engaging with children in some capacity.
* Work with your OSHC Service Leader and team to plan and implement a fun, safe and engaging programme that adheres to our laws, regulations and learning frameworks.
* Current or willingness to obtain first aid, CPR, anaphylaxis and asthma certificates and a Working with Vulnerable People Card.
* Qualifications in Early Childhood Education are desirable, but not essential.
