**Your New Role**
Reporting to the OSHC Service Manager, you will support the Service Manager to lead and manage the service to ensure operation in line with Government Regulations, Legislation, National Quality Framework and organisational requirements. A key focus of the role is to support the Service Manager to build and maintain stakeholder relationships to increase commitment to the PCYC brand, while inspiring a supportive culture of safety in line with PCYC Queensland values. **About You**
- Minimum Diploma in childhood studies (or actively working towards) or other qualifications recognised by the regulatory authority
- Ability to lead and manage a multidisciplinary OSHC team
- Demonstrated knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations governing OSHC operations
- Hold a Working with Children Check/Blue Card (or able to obtain)
- Hold a current First Aid and CPR certificate (or able to obtain)
- Hold an open licence and be willing and able to operate a 12 seater minibus
- Hold a Queensland Transport Driver's Authorisation Card (if undertaking Bus Driving duties)
**Please note**: Working with Children Check (Blue Card) No Card, No Start and Restricted Person legislation applies. **It is a mandatory requirement for all PCYC employees to have received the prescribed number of doses of a COVID-19 vaccine**. All PCYC employees are required to complete a National Police Check upon commencement.
