The Company
Our client is a leading educational facility located in Ringwood East.
The Role
The HR Assistant will report to and work directly alongside the HR Manager, supporting a specialist project investigating and auditing Industrial Relations frameworks.
The duties include the following.
Forensic analysis and review of all casual employees, including issuing letters to meet compliance requirements for casual conversion to permanent roles.
Review of key areas and provide solutions for change within key department areas. This specifically involves contracted employees with fixed terms of a maximum of two years.
Preparation and planning for future requirements as per current awards and agreements.
Regular contact with Fair work and other governing bodies in relation to ruling on Australian Awards and Agreements
