We're looking for an exceptional Team Leader with experience in the Business Development Representative/Inside Sales/Direct Selling space. You will have direct team leadership of 6 BDR's and responsibilities are as follows:
- Recruiting new members of the team as required and leading the team
- Providing direction and strategy to the team
- Data Monitoring and reporting
- Cadence Meeting with Stakeholders within the Sales Teams
- Coach and train BDR's to bring them to a high level of competency.
- What you will require to be successful in this role
- Experience of cold calling and hunting into greenfield accounts/businesses.
- Understanding and coaching in finding and uncovering new opportunities with prospects and existing business.
- A good command of account profiling and a demonstrated ability to navigate key contacts and identify account intelligence.
- Software sales and Enterprise prospecting experience is a plus.
- Experience of talking about enterprise IT solutions to decision makers (BI, data analytics, security software, risk management software or networking performance) is advantageous.
- Excellent communication, written and analytical skills.
- Strong motivation to grow, learn and adapt and passionate about new technologies.
- Clear understanding of the DG process, success criteria and tooling (Outreach, 6sense, priority engine, Sales Navigator, Lusha) etc.
- Thrive in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
- Positive, can do attitude, a motivator.
- Leadership capabilities and proven experience of success as a Team Lead
- University degree or equivalent experience in a similar role (Team Lead)
This role will report to a Manager but as a new role you will have the opportunity to make this your own
