TBWA Melbourne is looking for an Integrated Producer to join the team on a permanent basis.
We are looking for a passionate problem solver, with a hunger to learn, and a love of creativity.
This role requires an integrated producer who has extensive experience in digital production and the ability to work on print material if required.
It requires an ability to work independently, be organised, meet deadlines, interact with clients and tackle impossible problems head on.
In this business-critical role, you will be required to meet the following top-level expectations:
* Be passionate about technology and interface issues
* Have knowledge of, and experience with, print and digital processes
* Have experience booking and working with designers, retouchers, developers, animators and editors
* Be able to quickly establish a rapport with immediate team and wider internal stakeholders pick up on new processes quickly
* Experience with solution planning and troubleshooting difficult requirements
* Excellent interpersonal and infallible time management skills
* Experience or interest in AI technologies
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* A problem-solver with the ability to think on your feet
* The ability to rationalise decisions and present ideas effectively and communicate digital ideas
* Excellent client facing and third party/supplier management skills
* Basic knowledge of HTML/ CSS/Js
* Have knowledge and/or experience with web development processes, including scoping the project, wireframe development, UX, and UI design
* Some experience with solution planning and resolution of user experience including scoping, documentation, project timelines, stakeholder alignment
* Have a solid understanding of efficient production process and an ability to
* Be proactive and motivated, highly autonomous, and solutions focussed at all times
* Strong organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple briefs at any one time
* Experience with enterprise Content Management Systems like AEM, etc.
* Experience with Ad Serving Platforms, including Double Click Studio and Sizemek is a plus
* The ability to work competently across Teams, Jira and SmartSheets (or
* Experience or interest in AI technologies
* 2+ years experience in agency or similar production/project management
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* You will be responsible for scoping, feasibility, costing and creating timelines
* Communicating progress to all stakeholders, including clients
* End-to-end production management, especially with briefing and managing the production team
* Assisting with feasibility on new ideas, investigating new technology, and finding solutions to all manner of challenges
* Managing the internal project stakeholders at all levels
* You will maintain focus on the overall project vision as well as the detail throughout
* You will champion best practice delivery processes on your projects agency-wide
* You will seek opportunities to enhance our delivery processes and contribute ideas'
