The Role
• Permanent - Part-Time
We're looking for customer-focused doctors with a commitment to creating memorable customer experiences who are keen to move into an assessment-based role with exceptional work/life balance - Monday to Friday only
Our team are welcoming, friendly and supportive and together we work like a big Bupa family making sure our customers have a truly exceptional experience in our clinics.
You'll work alongside Health Assessors and reception staff, and be supported by an experienced Lead Physician to:
•Conduct visa medical assessments in line with established guidelines
•Provide objective assessment outcomes through an online platform
•Provide an exceptional level of people centred care and ensure our customers have a quality experience in our Bupa clinics.
You will be:
•Degree qualified with full General Registration with AHPRA
•At least three years postgraduate experience
•Have a strong customer service focus
•Have experience working with customers from a range of backgrounds
