What you will enjoy doing
* In this role you will deliver technical support and solutions with outstanding customer experience
* Provide resolution of customer complaints effectively and in a timely manner is part of th is function

* You will also contribute to the overall branch performance
* Additionally you are in charge to accurate and timely process orders in SAP
* Further, you will comply with SPW Safety policies and procedures is required

* You have experience in a retail sales environment
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary
* Moreover you have a strong focus on customer service
* SAP skills are desirable
* Welding, Fabrication or similar trade knowledge would be highly regarded
