Job Title: BIM Manager

BESIX Watpac is a leading multi-disciplinary construction company with over a century of global expertise and financial strength.

Our Qld Construction team has a rare opportunity to join us as a BIM Manager, working on the large-scale Ipswich Hospital Expansion project.

* Develop safety, environment, and quality policies, practices, and procedures in compliance with Management Plans and OH&S legislative requirements.
* Establish and execute BIM management plans for bid and project teams.
* Assess, audit, and federate models for project teams and provide reports on status and compliance.
* Coordinate and review BIM information, including clash detection, and assist with project design coordination meetings.
* Support the development and integration of BIM processes into the business.

As a mid-senior level employee, you will be responsible for providing technical support and practical training in utilising BIM information with digital tools. You will also translate BIM requirements into practical digital delivery processes to improve business outcomes.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

* Demonstrated experience in BIM management within the building construction industry.
* The ability to implement and improve custom company & project BIM processes with end deliverables in mind.
* A working knowledge of Australian Standards, NCC, and Drafting Standards.
* Proficient computer skills, including relevant software programs (Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, BIM Collaborate, AutoCAD, Revizto, Enscape).
