This role supports our lifestyle program by providing safe, reliable and friendly transport for resident outings and appointments. What You’ll Do: Safely operate the Home’s passenger bus and follow all road and passenger regulations Assist residents on/off the bus, including securing wheelchairs Complete daily vehicle safety checks and maintain vehicle presentation Transport residents to scheduled outings & activities Provide warm, respectful customer service to residents and families Maintain readiness for First Aid/CPR and uphold WHS & infection control procedures What You’ll Bring: Current bus/passenger vehicle licence Current First Aid & CPR Previous passenger transport or bus‑driving experience Strong communication skills and a caring, patient manner A commitment to safety, zero BAC & zero drugs while on duty At Opal HealthCare we are dedicated to our purpose to bring joy to those we care for.
