We are seeking enthusiastic and professional individuals to support teachers in their classrooms and provide learning assistance across the school.
Key Responsibilities
* Support teachers in facilitating lessons and activities, preparation, and student engagement.
* Work with students individually or in small groups on planned activities under teacher supervision.
* Assist students to comply with teacher instruction and prepare equipment/materials specific to student needs.
* Observe students and draw attention to the teacher when necessary.
* Provide assistance during class activities to ensure maximum participation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Implement modifications to student work as set by a teacher.
* Implement support programs (literacy and numeracy) under teacher direction.
* Experience working with students with disabilities is an advantage.
