The role of a Child and Youth Mental Health Clinical Service Leader is to provide strategic leadership and operational direction to nursing staff, administration, allied health, and operational teams.

As a Clinical Service Leader, you will be responsible for delivering advanced level clinical services and providing professional and operational leadership across an extended hours roster.
You will also actively lead the identification, development and implementation of quality and service improvement activities that enhance the delivery of services to the local community.
