Life Sciences Sales Professional
Join us in this exciting opportunity to secure and develop new business opportunities across the Life Sciences sector. You will work with existing clients, establish strong relationships and coordinate sales strategies to drive growth and revenue.
* Achieve or exceed the territory sales plan, maintaining existing business and developing incremental business through new accounts and market segments.
* Develop a relevant call cycle for the territory, making regular customer calls and setting up technical seminars by internal customers.
* Collaborate with marketing and/or technical sales specialists to ensure alignment of sales activities and promotional campaigns.
* Provide product information to customers via daily phone contact and personal visits, generating sales and building relationships.
* Maintain accurate and detailed customer records on the company CRM, tracking market trends and competitive activities.
* Acquire and report information on market trends, competitor promotions and other activities affecting sales and marketing efforts.
* Identify key accounts in the defined territory that are crucial to sales growth.
* Develop a strategic plan for coordinating the assigned territory annually, updated quarterly.
Education and Skills Required:
* Educated to B.Sc. level or above in a Life Science field.
* A master's degree or PhD is highly desirable.
* Strategic selling and market development ability.
* Well-developed communication (written and verbal) skills.
* Interpersonal and time management skills.
* Professional presentation skills.
* Self-management and leadership abilities.
