This role will act as a strategic coach and influencer, rather than a line manager, allowing you to pass on your wealth of experience through colleague coaching and mentoring while uplifting client strategy, service standards and performance.

What The Day Will Look Like
* Strengthen Aon National's value proposition across High Service Clients and Industry Groups.
* Build technical and client engagement capability among teams, ensuring clear value proposition articulation and market‐leading service & advisory.
* Drive improvements in client experience from acquisition through to renewals, setting higher standards and greater consistency.
* Embed our client service strategy, partnering with Regional Directors on how best to deliver it in each market.
* Mentor and coach colleagues on best practice client service, retention and cross‐selling.
* Lead Strategic Account Review programs for high service clients.
* Accountable for jeopardy management and defensive tender responses for high service clients.
* Identify and drive cross‐sell opportunities, ensuring clients benefit from the full breadth of Aon's solutions.
Skills and Experience That Will Lead to Success
* Extensive insurance broking experience across diverse portfolio groups and strong technical understanding.
* Highly motivated to deliver unparalleled client experience and improved retention outcomes.
* Natural inclination to mentor, coach and uplift others, even without direct reports.
* Strong influencing skills, able to attract buy‐in and drive change without formal authority.
* Focused on execution, with a genuine "get things done" attitude.
* Strong strategic & growth mindset and an "above the line" approach to problem solving.
* Track record of identifying and converting cross‐sell and retention opportunities.
* Commercially astute, with solid financial and business acumen.
