La Cosmetique Retail Sales Assistants are responsible for attracting and recruiting customers, working effectively within a team workplace, and consistently maintaining high grooming standards alongside exceptional interpersonal skills. Your role is essential to ensuring the smooth operation of the store and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall store sales goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including product recommendations and sampling.
- Build and maintain a loyal customer base through follow-up and engagement.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and seek positive resolutions.
- Open and close the store, including cash register management and balancing daily sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, ensuring displays and testers are dust-free.
- Ensure the store environment is visually appealing and follows hygiene standards.
- Monitor and replenish stock levels, rotating stock to maintain freshness.
- Report inventory discrepancies or stock issues to the Store Manager.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and productive work environment.
- Stay updated on store communications, promotions, and updates.
- Execute promotions, events, and store strategies as directed by management.
- Keep the store welcoming, clean, and organized at all times.
- Adhere to company policies, including breaks, cleanliness standards, and sales reporting.
