About the Role
As Assistant Centre Director, you will work closely with the Centre Director to support the daily operations of the service and ensure the delivery of high-quality early education and care for children aged 0-6 years.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading and mentoring educators
* Supporting compliance with the NQF, EYLF and Child Safe Standards
* Assisting with enrolments and family communication
* Contributing to continuous improvement
* Stepping into the Centre Director role when required
What You'll Bring
* Minimum 2+ years experience in Early Childhood Education
* Previous leadership experience as a Room Leader, Educational Leader or similar
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved) or working towards
* Strong knowledge of NQF, EYLF and compliance requirements
* Excellent communication, organisation and relationship-building skills
* Current Working With Children Check, National Police Check and First Aid/CPR
* Full Australian working rights
