About the Role:
My client is looking to hire a strong Contract Administrator capable of delivering a $20M sporting facility the first of its kind to be built in over 40 years.
The project starts on site in August with a 12 month program it has a complex in ground package, heavy services, structure and fit out package.
The successful Contract Administrator will need to have Tier 2 systems and processes experience using the following platforms Procore, Cheops.
If you have delivered civic projects including aquatics centers, leisure centers, transport hubs or large industrial projects this is the role for you.
This is a great opportunity for a CA looking to progress into a Contract Manager or Project Manager role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading tender reviews, managing claims, commercial reporting and subcontractor managment
* Liaising closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and key stakeholders to ensure efficient project delivery.
* Reporting to the Project Manager and Construction Manager
Skills & Experience Required:
* 3-5 years experience as a Contract Administrator
* Proven experience in industrial and commercial construction delivering projects worth $20M
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide a project team.
* Experience in cost reporting, procurement, and conducting tender reviews.
* In-depth knowledge of industrial structures, pre-cast construction, and façade work.
* Familiarity with project management software like Jobpac or Cheops.
* Local experience in the region is highly preferred
