Job Title: Construction Supervisor
The role of the Construction Supervisor is a crucial one, responsible for delivering project coordination and management to support the delivery of major urban renewal projects. This involves strategic planning, operational execution, and financial oversight to ensure the successful completion of building and construction programs.
The Construction Supervisor will be responsible for implementing and evaluating urban renewal housing construction, upgrades, and sale preparation projects. This includes conducting site inspections, providing building product advice, evaluating tender and contract documentation, and managing contracts and agreements.
The position requires strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage contractors and service providers effectively. The successful applicant will be required to hold a current Australian-issued Driver's Licence and undergo a National Police Clearance prior to employment.
