As a State Lead Act, you will be responsible for leading the ACT FM team in managing commercial precincts with high-end assets.
* Develop and manage a team of Facilities Managers across the ACT on premium assets.
* Act as the primary client interface, delivering strategic property advice and ensuring exceptional outcomes.
* Take ownership of contracts, compliance, capital works, and lifecycle planning.

The ideal candidate will have:
* Proven success in senior facilities management, preferably with experience on high-end assets.
* Strong leadership skills and a passion for team culture and continuous improvement.
* Excellent client relationship skills and the ability to influence at a strategic level.
* Commercial acumen, including budget control and contract negotiation.
* Expert knowledge of WHS, compliance, risk, and legislative requirements in property operations.
