About Us
We are seeking a Senior Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team. This is an exciting opportunity for a Level 3 Speech Pathologist to deliver high-quality assessment and intervention to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children aged 0–5 years across the Shoalhaven.
The successful applicant will provide culturally safe, evidence-based care to young children with complex communication needs, working in close partnership with families, carers, and community supports.
This position is integrated into the Child and Family Speech Pathology team and has access to clinical supervision and support from experienced Speech Pathologists.
About the Role
This paediatric position is an opportunity to work with local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families, empowering children and supporting the development of their communication and confidence.
You will be responsible for providing assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, and communication disorders in children aged 0–5 years.
About the Team
You will be part of a dynamic multidisciplinary team (MDT) that includes nurses, doctors, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements
* Essential Requirements:
* Tertiary degree in speech pathology (or equivalent)
* Extensive post graduate experience working with aboriginal and Torres Strait islander populations
* Valid NSW Drivers Licence
