THE POSITION
* Assist in preparing, serving, and presenting fresh, delicious meals with care
* Provide friendly and professional customer service to all guests
* Support kitchen operations including cleaning, restocking, and food preparation
* Operate the till and process transactions (where applicable)
* Maintain high hygiene standards and follow Compass Group food safety practices
* Collaborate with chefs, catering teams, and site managers to ensure smooth daily operations
THE PERSON
* A reliable, customer-focused individual with a passion for hospitality
* Minimum one year of kitchen or catering experience preferred
* Adaptable, organised, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments
* Holds or can obtain a National Police Check and Working With Children Check
* A proactive team player with strong attention to detail and presentation
