Senior Operational Manager
This is a key leadership role within our organization, supporting services that enable older people to live safely and independently at home.
* Lead and inspire the Business Services team through a period of sector reform and transformation
* Oversee operations, including rostering, administration, compliance and reporting across multiple sites
* Provide strategic, data-informed advice to improve efficiency, service quality, and decision-making
* Identify and implement scalable, sustainable process improvements to future-proof operations
* Support portfolio growth through effective business development and workforce planning strategies
Key Skills and Qualifications
* Tertiary qualification in a business-related field or significant related experience
* A resilient, calm, and strategic mindset with the ability to lead confidently through complexity and change
* Extensive experience managing rostering, workforce planning, compliance, reporting, and business operations across multiple sites
* Proven ability to work autonomously, streamline processes, and drive operational improvements
