We are seeking an experienced Oracle Integration Consultant to be responsible for leading the functional design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle- based COTS solutions to meet business and operational needs.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams to translate business requirements into system configurations, ensure solution alignment with best practices, and support the full delivery lifecycle—from analysis and build through to testing and deployment.
Key responsibilities:
* Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle Fusion Field Service (OFFS)
* Engage with business stakeholders and project team members to gather, analyse, and validate functional and non functional requirements.
* Develop functional documentation including solution design, configuration workbooks and process
* Participate in system design workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution validation
* Translate business requirements into functional and technical
* Deliver end-to-end functional and technical support for
* Lead workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into system
* Configure Oracle modules and develop custom components using PL/SQL and Oracle
* Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to implement enhancements and resolve
* Support testing, deployment, and documentation of Oracle
* Participate in the identification and resolution of functional issues, enhancement requests, and process improvement opportunities.
* Provide mentoring and knowledge transfer to team
* Provide end-to-end support across the Oracle ecosystem, including troubleshooting and enhancements
* Conduct workshops, training sessions, and documentation for users and technical teams
Qualifications, knowledge and experience:
* Demonstrated experience with
* Strong technical skills in Oracle development tools like OAF, OUAF, Java script and integration
* Proven ability to manage Oracle Utility Product implementations and upgrades
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Experience working in cross-functional teams within enterprise environments
* Tertiary Degree in Business or Information
* Ability to learn new technologies and expand breadth of knowledge in applications portfolio as per the need of project priorities
* Exposure to Cloud Technologies like Oracle Cloud Infrastructure will be added advantage
