We have been contracted to Glencore's Mc Arthur River Mine to complete modifications of existing site infrastructure along with the installation of a new Filtration Plant.
We are seeking an experienced and driven site-based Project Administrator to join our newly awarded project in the Northern Territory. This will be a full-time role with approximately 9+ months project duration, mobilising to site mid-March on a 2:1 roster.

The Role:
* Maintain the Project Master List and Timesheet / Sign On Master including new starters, changes in classifications, demobilisations and crew changes.
* Coordinate with applicable Supervisors in relation to verification of daily absences and welfare checks.
* Accurate data entry of timesheet hours, applicable checks for completeness and submission of fortnightly pay file upload in accordance with internal payroll processes and deadlines.
* Resolution of payroll queries, in conjunction with HR and Payroll Officer.
* Collation of information required for Daily Force Report to Client, Daily Sign Ons and Delivery Register, Plant and Equipment Pre-starts to Vendors, Project Control Weekly Report, and other reports.
* Arrange access, PPE preparation and collection / escorting of site visitors.
* Effectively cooperate and communicate with Material Control, HSE, Engineering, Procurement and wider project team to provide day-to-day administrative support.
About You:
* 3-5 years industry experience in a similar role
* Demonstrated administration background with previous exposure to timekeeping, accounts, document control.
* Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to build positive working relationships at all levels.
* High level of proficiency and expertise using document management systems (Ineight, desirable) and Microsoft Office Suite (SharePoint and Excel in particular).
* Developed time management skills to effectively manage competing priorities and meeting deadlines.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively work both within a team and autonomously, be proactive and able to use initiative.
