* No location preference – flexibility is essential
* Vaccine kit collection from Tullamarine hub required
About the Role
We are seeking experienced Nurse Immunisers to join our team for the 2026 Influenza Vaccination Program, with opportunities to deliver other vaccinations throughout the year.
You will travel to corporate client sites across Victoria to administer vaccinations as part of employee health and wellbeing initiatives. This role suits nurses who enjoy autonomy, variety, and working in fast-paced corporate environments.
Minimum availability of 3 days or more per week is required to pick up shifts, particularly during peak vaccination periods.
Key Responsibilities
* Collect vaccination kits from our Tullamarine-based hub as required
* Travel to corporate client sites across metro and regional Victoria
* Administer influenza and other workplace vaccinations safely and professionally
* Maintain accurate vaccination records using company software and IT hardware
* Provide education to employees on vaccinations and aftercare
* Ensure compliance with clinical governance, cold chain, infection control, and WHS requirements
* Coordinate with client contacts to ensure smooth clinic delivery requirements
Requirements
* Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
* Accredited Nurse Immuniser
* Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Nurse Immuniser (corporate or occupational health experience preferred)
* Competency in administering intramuscular vaccinations
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and manage travel schedules
* Willingness to work both metro and regional shifts
* Availability for 3 days or more per week
* Willingness to collect vaccine kits from vaccination hub located in Tullamarine
* Valid driver’s licence
