Zenviron are seeking an experienced Site Manager to coordinate the construction of large-scale Battery Energy Storage System projects located in the Latrobe Valley, Victoria.

Key responsibilities will include:
* Managing the efficient implementation of project resources and structure
* Provide leadership for the balance of plant elements of large scale BESS Projects; managing program, budget, and resources
* Lead safety and environmental performance throughout the project; driving strong safety culture and initiatives
* Provide excellent leadership and timely guidance to the project team and subcontractors on-site
* Establish effective communications with the Client's field representatives
* Ensure project delivery is met with the highest of standards, on time, and within budget
* Ensure project compliance with HSE, quality, and regulatory requirements
What you will bring:
* Proven experience managing construction programmes for the full lifecycle
* Site based industry experience as a Site/Construction Manager within the renewable energy or construction industry, with a track record of successful project execution
* Commercial and financial management experience
* Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and influence others in a fast-paced and challenging environment
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills and demonstrated ability to manage both stakeholders and subcontractors
* Clear commitment to maintaining a safe working environment and environmental compliance
* Proof of right to work in Australia
