Our client is a leading global alternative investment firm with a multi-decade track record managing investments across private markets, including private equity, real assets, infrastructure, and credit strategies. This newly created position sits within the firm's Global Wealth Solutions division, which focuses on expanding access to institutional-quality alternative investment strategies for the private wealth channel. The firm is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager (Associate or Principal level) to help drive engagement and grow its footprint across Australia's private wealth landscape.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of alternative investments and a proven record of building relationships with private banks, wealth management firms, independent financial advisers (IFAs), research houses, and consultants. You will represent the firm with institutional-quality professionalism and work closely with global distribution, product, and investment teams to deliver best-in-class outcomes for investors.
To be successful, you will bring at least 5+ years of experience in investment sales, distribution, investment banking, or capital markets. Experience from private markets and alternatives is highly desired. You will demonstrate an ability to raise capital and grow market share within the private wealth channel, exceptional communication and presentation skills, and the gravitas to engage senior stakeholders and clients. Highly organised and relationship-driven, you will thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working across global and local teams. A strong academic background, ideally in finance, economics, or a related discipline, is also expected.
