About the Role
We're looking for a proactive and highly organised Sales Coordinator to support our Sales Team and help deliver an exceptional experience across key retail partnerships.
This role will support day-to-day sales operations, retailer coordination, reporting, and customer support within a fast-paced consumer products environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales Team
* Assist with retailer requirements including product submissions, reporting, presentations, and customer requests
* Maintain sales reports, tracking documents, and retailer information
* Cross-check purchase orders to ensure pricing, quantities, and lead times are accurate
* Support sample requests, retailer portals, and approved product content updates
* Assist with trade fairs, sales initiatives, and customer presentations
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure deadlines and customer requirements are met
What We're Looking For
* 3–5 years' experience within wholesale, FMCG, retail, or consumer goods environments
* Experience supporting retail or customer accounts highly regarded
* Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP, Pronto, or similar
* Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel and PowerPoint
* Excellent organisational, communication, and problem‐solving skills
* Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and manage competing priorities
* Proactive, team-oriented, and customer focused approach
