Facilities Operations Manager
Job Summary:
* Oversee facilities management for multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Cost estimation and subcontractor bidding management.
* Perform a wide range of duties, including construction, maintenance, repair, and upkeep.
Essential Functions:
* Conduct inspections to identify deficiencies.
* Plan and implement improvements in facilities engineering.
* Manage project timelines and inspect work performed by team members and subcontractors.
* Provide recommendations to senior management.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Must be able to travel between facilities and project sites (approximately 75% of the time).
* Occasional commercial airline travel required.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities or building maintenance.
* At least 2 years of experience overseeing mechanical and electrical systems.
* Valid driver's license with medical card required.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Requirements:
* Travel: Approximately 75% of the time.
* Commercial airline travel: Occasional.
Compensation:
$60,000 - $90,000 per annum, AUD
