⚡ Labourer / Roofer — Solar Installations
Full-Time | Varsity Lakes (Gold Coast) | Immediate Start
Innovative Solar is looking for an experienced Labourer / Roofer to join our growing installation team based in Varsity Lakes. You’ll work on high-end residential solar and battery projects across the Gold Coast, supporting our electricians and installers to deliver quality renewable energy systems.
This is a hands-on role with steady work, a great crew, and opportunities to grow within a fast-growing industry.
🔧 About the Role
• Assist with installation of solar panels, batteries and renewable energy systems
• Roofing and general building work for solar installations
• Safely operate tools and installation equipment
• Maintain a clean and organised work site
• Work closely with electricians and installers on site
• Help troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges
• Follow all safety procedures and site requirements
💪 What We’re Looking For
• Previous labouring or roofing experience (solar experience highly regarded)
• Comfortable working at heights
• Strong practical skills and good attention to detail
• Reliable, hardworking and physically fit
• Positive attitude and team mindset
• Commitment to workplace safety
• Driver’s licence preferred
• White Card required (Working at Heights ticket an advantage)
