We are now seeking a full time Sales Coordinator and Business Support professional to step into an established role that plays a central part in supporting our sales team and broader operations.
About the Role
This position suits someone who is highly organised, proactive, and naturally inquisitive. You will take an active role in monitoring the sales funnel, ensuring it is always current, accurate, and reflective of real activity. This is an on site position based at our Tullamarine office.
You will seek clarity from the sales team when needed and identify opportunities to support momentum across the pipeline. Someone who asks questions early, understands what is required, and keeps tasks moving with accuracy and pace will thrive in this role.
Key Responsibilities
* Track and manage sales opportunities, quotes, and approvals with a strong focus on maintaining an accurate and up to date sales funnel
* Prepare client proposals and support procurement processes
* Maintain CRM accuracy and assist with sales forecasting
* Proactively follow up with the sales team for clarity and updates on opportunities
* Identify ways to support the sales process and remove friction where possible
* Liaise with suppliers, clients, and the internal sales team
* Coordinate calendars, meetings, and follow ups
Business and Operations Support
* Respond to non-technical customer and supplier enquiries
* Coordinate internal meetings, travel bookings, and stock/supplies
* Maintain business documentation, templates, and onboarding forms
* Assist with invoicing support and operational follow-ups
* Contribute to cross-department workflow and process improvement
Requirements
* 3 plus years in Sales Coordination, Business Support, or Office Administration
* Strong organisation, prioritisation, and attention to detail are a must
* Intuitive and investigative with a proactive approach to managing the sales funnel
* Comfortable seeking clarity from others to ensure accuracy of information
* Calm and composed communicator who works well with others
* Able to work independently with accountability
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Teams)
* Experience in Managed Services or Cyber Security is an advantage
