With a presence across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific, the firm has established itself as a differentiated player in the global infrastructure market, targeting assets where active management and operational improvement can unlock significant value.
The platform has built an impressive track record across its flagship funds, with notable investments including:
* European Fibre Broadband Network — Acquisition and full digital transformation of a fibre network spanning over 2 million homes across Western Europe, significantly expanding coverage and driving EBITDA growth through improved customer penetration
* Australian Water Utility — Carve-out and operational turnaround of a regulated water utility operating across three states, delivering material efficiency gains through infrastructure investment and process improvement
* Pan-Asian Renewable Energy Portfolio — Development and consolidation of a diversified solar and wind portfolio across Japan, South Korea, and the Philippines, capitalising on accelerating energy transition tailwinds across the region
* North American Rail Freight Operator — Modernisation of a large-scale freight rail business, achieving substantial margin improvement through fleet upgrades, network optimisation, and commercial repositioning
Fund I has been realised with a gross return of 2.8x MOIC, and Fund II is currently deployed across eight platform investments with strong momentum toward a final close.
The team focuses on value-add investments across energy, water & waste, telecommunications, and transportation — sectors where complexity, operational leverage, and long-term demand dynamics create compelling risk-adjusted returns.
With continued growth across the Asia-Pacific region, the firm is now looking to strengthen its Sydney presence by hiring an Investment Director to lead deal origination and execution, manage key investor and counterparty relationships, and contribute to the strategic direction of the platform.
Candidate Profile
* 10+ years of experience across investment banking, Infrastructure Investment, and/or private equity
* Demonstrated track record of leading complex value add infrastructure transactions end-to-end, from origination through to exit
* Deep sector knowledge across one or more of energy, utilities, digital infrastructure, or transportation
* Strong financial modelling, structuring, and analytical capabilities
* Proven ability to manage and mentor junior investment professionals
* Entrepreneurial mindset with the gravitas to represent the firm with senior stakeholders, boards, and advisors
* Existing networks across the Asia-Pacific infrastructure market highly regarded
