What's the role?
In this full-time role based in Warrnambool, you will be part of a tight knit Commercial and Agribusiness team that backs the businesses and communities that keep regional Victoria thriving. You will work closely with our Relationship Managers to support a diverse portfolio of commercial and agribusiness customers, digging into the detail of their banking needs and helping to shape solutions that genuinely move their business forward.
You will be the person behind the scenes making sure credit proposals are sharp, insights are clear and our customers feel supported at every step, so our Relationship Managers can be out in market building even deeper relationships.

What do I need?
You will bring:
• Confidence working with numbers, including financial analysis and credit assessment across commercial and agribusiness customers
• A sharp eye for spotting potential risks early and a practical approach to solving problems
• A natural ability to connect with people, listen deeply and build strong, trusting relationships
• A collaborative mindset and genuine enjoyment of working as part of a team that wins together
• A real passion for regional communities and industries, and an interest in what makes local businesses tick
