A highly successful founder, investor and business owner is seeking an exceptional Chief of Staff / Executive Assistant to become their trusted right-hand person. This is not a traditional Executive Assistant role focused purely on diary management. Instead, you will operate as a true extension of the Founder, helping drive execution, create structure and ensure priorities are delivered across multiple businesses, investments and family office activities.
Working across both corporate and personal environments, you will become the central coordination point that keeps everything moving, from strategic business initiatives and executive priorities through to travel, household operations and personal affairs.
You will be the person who:

Key Responsibilities
* Driving accountability and follow-up across business initiatives, projects and strategic priorities
* Coordinating actions, deadlines and deliverables across multiple businesses, entities and stakeholders
* Preparing executive briefings, reports, presentations and meeting materials
* Managing communications and relationships with internal teams, advisors and external providers
* Supporting governance activities including meetings, agendas, minutes and action tracking
* Coordinating travel, appointments, events and broader family office requirements
* Managing household services, contractors and administrative matters
* Identifying risks, bottlenecks and opportunities before they escalated
* Creating systems, processes and structure that improve operational efficiency
* Ensuring personal and business priorities remain aligned and progressing
* Acting as a trusted support and representative to the Founder when required
About You
You may currently be a Senior Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, Business Manager or Operations professional looking for a role with greater scope and influence. Most importantly, you are:
