We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Senior English teacher to join our dynamic Secondary School team. This role involves delivering engaging English curriculum across Years 7–12, inspiring students to develop strong literacy skills and a love of learning.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver high-quality English lessons aligned with curriculum standards.
* Create engaging learning experiences that cater to diverse student needs.
* Engage with students, staff, and parents to foster strong relationships.
* Assess and report on student progress, providing constructive feedback.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
* Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and student outcomes.
* Integrate technology effectively into teaching and learning.
Selection Criteria
* Commitment to the Christian ethos and values of the College, supporting its mission and community life.
* Demonstrated experience teaching English in a secondary school - Senior English preferred.
* Strong knowledge of curriculum and assessment requirements.
* Ability to engage and motivate students.
* Ability to integrate technology into teaching and learning.
* Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Eligibility Requirements
All teachers are expected to have a current registration with theQueensland College of Teachers (QCT).
