On the job you will :
Provide safe, high-quality, person-centered care to residents
Assist residents with daily living activities including hygiene, mobility, and meals
Support residents' independence, dignity, and wellbeing
Work collaboratively with nurses and other care staff
Maintain accurate care documentation in line with facility standards
What you bring :
Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent
Minimum 12 months experience as a PCW (Aged Care preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for caring for older Australians
Valid Working Rights in Australia
Current Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening, and up-to-date vaccinations (including flu and COVID-19)
