About the Role: We're looking for outstanding Defence Force Recruiting (DFR) Nurse Officers to help shape the future of the Australian Defence Force (ADF). This Full-time role is based at the Robina Defence Force Careers Centre Clinic in Queensland, offering 38 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities: As a DFR Nurse Officer, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment and readiness of future Defence personnel. You will:
 * Conduct telephone screenings and in-person preliminary medical assessments
 * Accurately document findings in electronic health records
 * Review online medical histories and extract relevant details
 * Complete medical file reviews and manage archival records
 * Request and manage extant medical reports
 * Maintain medical equipment used in assessments
 * Work within established Defence policies and procedures
What We're Looking For: To be successful in this role, you'll need:
 * Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
 * Minimum 3 years' broad clinical experience in a health system comparable to Australia
 * Strong interpersonal and communication skills
 * High attention to detail and documentation accuracy
 * Proficiency with electronic health records and ICT systems
 * Desirable: experience in Defence settings or pre-employment medicals
 * Mandatory: Working With Children Check and current CPR (HLTAD009) certification
 * Australian Citizenship and the ability to obtain an AGSVA Baseline Security Clearance
