We're on the hunt for an experienced Store Manager or a ready‐to‐step‐up Assistant Store Manager. Someone who's led 10+ people, thrives in a fast‐paced, hands‐on environment and loves rolling up their sleeves to drive KPIs, engagement and results. Qualifications
* Management / leadership experience, leading by example and delivering exceptional customer service.
* Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a passionate, high‐performing team.
* Eager to learn all aspects of automotive retail; you bring the Super, we'll deliver the Auto.
* Operational know‐how in visual merchandising, stock control, loss prevention, and performance reporting.
* Commitment to safety, ensuring compliance with WHS programs and a safe work environment.
