We are looking for individuals with a passion to deliver outstanding customer service, thrive in sales, and want to make a difference by helping our members understand the best products and services to suit them.
Sales & Member Service manage inbound enquiries for Home & Motor Insurance, highlighting the value and benefits of our products and services. Our teams work towards achievable sales and compliance targets. Our Roadside Assistance team is dedicated to helping our members in a time of need, requiring naturally empathetic individuals who want to go the extra mile to help with every unique case.
For anyone who joins RAC WA Sales and Member Service business unit, you will be upskilled with training on various products and services in addition to the initial training you receive. This is typically within circa 9-12 months of starting your journey.
Upcoming start dates:
* 21st October - Motor Insurance Products - Joondalup/West Perth
* 4th November - Roadside Assistance (Breakdowns) - Joondalup
* 11th November - Motor Insurance Products - Joondalup/West Perth
* 18th November - Motor Insurance Products - Joondalup/West Perth
We offer full-time or part-time contact centre hours: 7 days a week Monday – Friday between 7.00am – 10.30pm & Saturday - Sunday 8.30am – 5.00pm.
You’ll be set up for success with a fully paid, in-depth structured training program directly delivered to you by our professional Learning and Development Advisors.
Training courses are full-time Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm and range between 5 - 9 weeks from the start date.
