Key Requirements
We are looking for someone who is strategic, collaborative, and passionate about improvement. You will need:
* A degree or diploma in a relevant discipline such as business, organisational development, public administration, or lesser formal qualifications with relevant experience.
* Proven experience in organisational development and improvement, and/or business transformation.
* Familiarity with business excellence frameworks or other continuous improvement models.
* Strong skills in report writing, facilitation, and training delivery.
* A data-informed mindset and excellent relationship-building skills.

* A salary range from $93,602 to $101,911 per annum.
