About the Role:
We seek a dedicated male team member to provide supported independent living and community access in suburban settings. Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting individuals with daily tasks and personal care in their homes and communities
* Providing positive behavioral support to clients
* Maintaining accurate documentation through shift notes, incident reports, and data collection
* Contributing to the team's goal of delivering exceptional outcomes for clients
* Collaborating with team leaders to implement and review service plans
* Maintaining professional relationships with clients and adhering to NDIS codes of conduct
Key Qualifications and Skills:
* Certificate III in Individual Support or higher (or willingness to acquire)
* Mental health experience
* Problem-solving skills
* Ability to work with challenging behaviors
