What you'll be doing You will collaborate closely with Partners and Directors to provide practical and commercially focused tax advice to privately owned businesses, family groups and high-net-worth individuals. Your key responsibilities will be: Deliver tax advice on issues such as restructures, Division 7A, CGT, trust taxation, succession and estate planning, international tax and various other complex tax matters, under the guidance of senior team members Support tax due diligence engagements for acquisitions of private groups, including reviewing tax risks, structuring considerations and transaction impacts Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships through proactive communication and a solutions‑focused approach Support Partners and Directors with client meetings, proposals and the delivery of advisory and transaction‑related engagements Coach and mentor junior team members, providing guidance on technical matters and professional development We'd love to hear from you if you Have a qualification or accreditation in a relevant discipline such as Business, Commerce, Finance or Law Have commenced a CA qualification Have experience in tax advisory within a CA or law firm environment Why joining our client?
