About the Role
We're on the lookout for an organised, proactive Installations Coordinator to join our fast-paced Operations team.
In this role, you'll be responsible for scheduling 60+ installations per week, ensuring a seamless experience for both our customers and installers. You'll work closely with our technical, logistics, and customer service teams to keep daily operations running smoothly and efficiently.
Please note: This role is on-site Monday to Friday at our vibrant Byron Bay HQ (industrial estate).

Key Responsibilities
* Schedule and confirm installer availability nationwide
* Manage daily and weekly installation schedules and changes
* Reschedule appointments and negotiate alternative solutions where required
* Recruit and onboard electricians and plumbers nationally
* Manage inbound calls and texts from customers and contractors
* Provide regular confirmations and manage expectations
* Resolve issues quickly, calmly, and professionally
* Keep installations on track by problem-solving and finding solutions

About You
* Minimum 2+ years' experience in scheduling, project coordination, or BDM roles
* Strong background in customer service
* Confident, persuasive communicator with a friendly, professional approach
* Highly organised with the ability to juggle competing priorities
* Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving skills
* Tech-savvy, commercially astute, and a self-starter
* Experience with Salesforce is highly regarded
