Mr Tao Shan Lim - Joondalup Orthopaedic Group – Joondalup WA
A part-time maternity cover role is available for 6 months with our Orthopaedic Surgeon. We are based in a private clinic at Joondalup Health Campus, and this role will start in January 2026.
We are looking for a bubbly individual who is quick to learn and has outstanding IT skills. You will need to be available on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Duties (including but not limited to):
* Provide outstanding care and service to patients/clients
* Managing Doctor's schedule on clinic software
* Running of clinics
* Other general medical admin duties such as bookings, emails, phone calls, scanning
* Processing payments
* Liaising with hospital staff, other health care providers and services
* Any additional tasks as required
About You:
* Have outstanding computer skills and an aptitude for learning new computer systems
* Excellent administrative and organisation skills
* Able to multitask
* Friendly and professional
