Customer Experience Champion
We are seeking an experienced Customer Care Coordinator to join our team in Australia. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, focusing on Premier accounts.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing high-quality service and building strong relationships with customers. You will work closely with the Sales team to identify growth opportunities and develop customers to drive sales growth.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Managing sales targets and KPIs for Premier accounts to ensure monthly/quarterly targets are met
* Resolving customer enquiries within required SLAs
* Working closely with other team members to provide cover and ensure continuity of service
* Proactively engaging with customers and prospects to co-create unique value propositions
* Generating quotations and following up to convert to sales within agreed SLAs
* Delivering exceptional customer service via all channels to meet customer order and enquiry needs while maintaining service level agreements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 2 years of customer service experience
* Proven ability to deliver excellent customer experiences and appreciate the importance of exceptional customer service
* Proven ability to sell and cross-sell
* Proactive and driven approach to work, with ability to operate without daily supervision
* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
* Ability to communicate complex solutions simply and concisely
* Disciplined analytical approach to problem-solving
* Takes ownership and is confident to take risks and learn from them
