As a Principal HR Officer, you will assume the responsibility for the following:
partner with managers to deliver high quality HR initatives and services to enhance organisational performance.
lead, management and participate in key projects in collaboration with other HR staff and clients.
provide advice across one or more key HR functional areas.
plan, design and implement strategic iniatives to enhance organisational effectiveness.
establish relationships with and monitor delivery provided by outsourced providers.
contribute to the building of qualified capability of the HR Team.

There are no mandatory requirements for this role, however a degree in Human Resource Management or comparable study would be highly regarded.
