About You
You're passionate about delivering high-quality care and building genuine connections with clients in both Residential Aged Care Facilities and Home and Community Care. Requirements
* Certificate III in Aged Care / Individual Support or equivalent
* Minimum of 6 months paid experience in Aged Care
* Valid National Police Check
* Fully COVID-19 vaccinated (in line with state requirements)
* Current flu vaccination certificate
* NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Valid driver's licence, reliable vehicle, and mobile phone
